The CSA Standard B335-04 recommends that lift truck operators receive retraining on both theory and practical every three years with a mid-term practical evaluation.Working environments where hazardous materials or dangerous goods are present will require additional employee training in principles of TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) and WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System). Safety training is required by provincial and federal regulations and is a sound investment in the success of your company.
